What We Do
Our Outreach House is located at 47 N. Arlington Akron and serves as our base of operations and provides a place of community and fellowship.
- Hot meals are distributed twice a week and groceries once a week.
- Referrals and information for needed services are provided
- Personal care and harm reduction supplies are distributed once a week.
- Provide street outreach
- Collaborate on the Welcome Home Initiative that provides support and household goods for people transitioning into permanent housing.
Helping all of us realize we all have worth and deserve dignity.
-
We recognize the worth and dignity of the houseless population.
-
We help reaffirm the worth and dignity of houseless people through work and community.
-
We then help the non-houseless people realize the worth and dignity of houseless people by bringing all of us together through work and community.
